Please read this disclaimer together with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and any written quotation, booking confirmation or supplier terms provided for your enquiry or booking.

Destination guides, suggested routes, comparisons, photographs, descriptions and other website content are provided for general travel information and planning. They are not a confirmed offer, booking or guarantee that a place, route, property, activity or service will be suitable or available for you.

Travel information can change without notice. You should check important details—including entry rules, official safety advice, opening arrangements and local conditions—with the relevant authority or supplier before relying on them.

StayKinds may provide travel research and planning, coordination, comparison, booking assistance, property management or co-hosting, and introductions to independent accommodation, transport, activity and other travel suppliers.

Our role varies by service and booking. Your written quotation or booking confirmation will identify what StayKinds is providing and what is being supplied by an independent third party. Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking.

Registration as a company in England and Wales does not itself mean that any particular travel service is licensed, approved, bonded or otherwise regulated.

Independent accommodation providers, drivers, guides, activity providers and other suppliers remain responsible for the services they provide. Their own eligibility requirements, safety rules, payment terms, cancellation terms and other conditions may apply in addition to ours.

An introduction, comparison or booking assistance from StayKinds is not an endorsement or guarantee of a supplier’s performance. We ask travellers to follow supplier instructions and raise any service issue promptly with both the supplier and StayKinds where appropriate.

Website descriptions, sample plans and any indicative prices are subject to availability and reconfirmation. Prices, taxes, fees, exchange rates, inclusions, routes, timings and supplier availability may change before a booking is confirmed in writing.

The payment, amendment, cancellation, refund and no-show terms for an individual booking are those stated in its written quotation or booking confirmation together with any applicable supplier terms. A booking is confirmed only when StayKinds confirms it in writing and any required payment has been received.

Travel can involve changing weather, transport disruption, uneven or remote terrain, water, wildlife, illness, injury and other risks. Activities and destinations differ in difficulty and facilities. You are responsible for considering whether an itinerary, property or activity is suitable for your group and for following official, supplier and local-guide instructions.

You are responsible for accurate traveller information, passports, visas, permits, entry and transit requirements, health precautions and appropriate travel insurance. Tell us before confirmation about relevant mobility, accessibility, dietary or other requirements so available options can be checked; we cannot guarantee that every requirement can be met.

StayKinds does not provide legal, medical, immigration or visa advice. General information about these subjects is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional or the relevant government, embassy, health authority or insurer.

Wellbeing-related travel content refers to rest, nature, reflection, creativity, movement or connection. It is not medical or therapeutic treatment and does not promise a health outcome.

We take reasonable care when preparing website content, but we do not promise that every item will always be complete, current or error-free. Images may show seasonal or past conditions and should not be treated as a guarantee of current access, appearance or availability.

Links to third-party websites or services are provided for convenience. StayKinds does not control their content, security, availability or privacy practices, and their own terms and policies apply when you use them.

Any on-trip assistance from StayKinds is subject to availability, the agreed service scope, local conditions and communications access. We do not provide or guarantee a 24-hour emergency service and cannot replace police, ambulance, fire, consular, rescue, medical or other official services.

In an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service first. Where practical, also contact the relevant supplier and StayKinds using the details in your booking confirmation.

Nothing in this disclaimer or our Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any non-excludable statutory consumer rights.

The responsibilities and any lawful limitations applying to a particular service are explained in our Terms and Conditions, the written quotation or booking confirmation and applicable supplier terms.
